Autumn Grant Call 2025 Winners:

IAPS Member Action Plan (IMAP) Grant:

Awarded to TC North Macedonia for:
Fifth Physics for Physicists (5p4p) Students’ 

A 4-day, in-person student-led physics conference in Skopje, North Macedonia, partnering with the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, UKIM, Skopje, aimed at a wide audience, from high-school students to the general public. The event will include lectures from university professors, student presentations, hands-on workshops (like soldering and electronics), a physics-themed quiz, and social/cultural activities to encourage cultural exchange. Organised from 30th October, 2025 to 2nd November, 2025.

General Outreach Grant:

Awarded to TC Philippines for :
Engaging the Nation in Energy Research and Growth through Interactive Activities (ENERGIA)

An outreach program for 200 high-school students in rural communities (Visayas and Mindanao). Partnering with Visayas State University and Western Mindanao State University the event focuses on energy physics and sustainable technologies, featuring engaging presentations, physics demonstration booths, a career talk, and an innovation pitch challenge for students to propose solutions to case scenarios. To be organised on 15th November, 2025.

School Day Grant:

Awarded to TC India for :
School Day + World Science Day Event {Knowledge Enhancement through Physics, Logic, Experimentation and Reasoning (K.E.P.L.E.R.)}

A large-scale hybrid project to reach 3,000 students. The main part consists of in-person school outreach events in four different cities (Delhi, Noida, Udupi, and Chennai) to teach students (age 15-18) about Quantum Sciences in a fun and interactive manner. A separate hybrid event for undergraduate and master’s students on the occasion of World Science Day is planned, partnering with Vidyut- Physics Society of Miranda House and Astronomy Club of Kirori Mal College, consisting of interactive and real life problem solving questions and a speaker session on the topic Neutrinoless Double-Beta Decay.

ICPS 2019 Grants and Scholarships available

The ICPS 2019 Organising Committee (OC) has announced two opportunities for financial support in ICPS 2019 attendance.

The Bonn Cologne Graduate School of Physics and Astronomy (BCGS) is supporting five Travel Grants, by reimbursement, of up to 400€ to cover conference fee and travel costs for students from Europe presenting a scientific contribution at ICPS.

The Dr. Karl Mey Scholarships, established by the DPG to promote young scientist from Central and Eastern Europe, are supporting with up to 600€ for conference fee and travels costs up to six ICPS participants from Central and Eastern European countries presenting a scientific contribution at ICPS.
