The Society of Physics Students “Migacz” and the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy, University of Wroclaw are pleased to announce the Winter Kindergarten of Theoretical Physics 2013 in Ladek Zdroj, Poland held from Sunday 10th to Saturday 16th February, 2013. It will be organized in cooperation with the well known Winter School of Theoretical Physics.
The Kindergarten is a week-long conference designed for undergraduate and master students (PhD students are encouraged to take part in the 49th School of Theoretical Physics). The programme provides participants with lectures for every level of knowledge, including lectures given by special guests from the School of Theoretical Physics. Also all lectures of the School are opened for participants of the Kindergarten.
On the other hand there will be time for winter activities (skiing, a mountain trip, and a sleigh ride). Kindergarten’s participants are strongly encouraged to prepare their own lectures or posters.
The Winter Kindergarten of Theoretical Physics will be held on 10-16 February, 2013, in Ladek Zdroj (50o20’37”N 16o52’47”E). The conference base fee is 600 PLN (approx. 150 EUR). It includes: meals, accommodation in “Melafir” resort and transport from and back to Wroclaw.
